2008 T&C wiper,washer,horns come on
 

My 08 T&C Limited 31,000 miles - while riding 45 mph steadily, washer full blast, wiper started jerkily, horns blowing jerkily. Clicking sound under hood (like a relay). reconnected battery, drove home 250 miles ok. Replaced fuses, ok. Later it did it again. Anyone have this - I suspect a relay. Had only gone to dealer for recall replacing air bag switch or something.

The recall is for the Airbag module. I suspect you have an interior BUS wire rubbing somewhere.
