2008 UK Grand Voyager front passenger seat .

Hi . can anyone help i have a Grand Voyager front passenger seat problem (i think in US this is Town and Country ) It won't recline either way but will move backwards and forwards . I can hear and feel something from the seat but don't know where to start . Anyone had this before ? Regards Malcolm .
