2011 TC technician notes "front suspension loose"
 

My wife recently had her tires replaced at Walmart on her 2011 TC, I looked at the receipt when she got home amd the tech wrote "DR. FR. Suspension loose take vehicle to mechanic shop."

I'm not hearing any noise or clunking from the front or anywhere for that matter. Any ideas what should I be checking for regarding a loose suspension?

Walmart TLE personnel are not allowed to give specific part diagnosis to vehicles, the best they can offer is what they put on the receipt. It would be wise to either follow their SUGGESTION or jack up one front corner at a time and check for play/looseness in the tie rod ends, ball joint,struts and control arms. IF you don't know how to do this, then the SUGGESTION given is the thing to do as these parts WILL cause premature tire wear and if left and not found for the "loose part(s)", can cause steering failure and possible accident!.

Thank you. I did not know that about walmart TLE techs, good to know. I'll give it a look just did not want to go in blind as to what they may have been referring to.
