2012 T&C rattling charcoal canister?
 

Hi Guys, I'm a new member with my first Chrysler. (Had them as a kid though, my dad worked there for many years.)

Anyway I have a shiny new Town and Country with a persistent rattle in the rear end. Rattle is clearly audible at low speeds, goes away or is drowned out at higher speeds.

I found a brake line that runs across the vehicle just behind the rear axle that was not secured properly and put a couple of tie wraps on it, which helped a lot, but I can still hear it.

I was just poking around again down there and I think the noise is coming from inside a plastic box, about 12x6x3 inches, located just forward of the gas tank -- maybe the evap system charcoal canister? Anyway, it rattles when I tap it. The rattle is inside the box, it's not hitting anything.

Anybody heard of this, or have any suggestions as to what I could do about it? Or does the noise indicate something is wrong and I should take it in? I have the feeling that the dealership will tell me it's supposed to do that (it's not a problem, it's a feature :eek:).
