2013 T&C coolant leak in rear

I have a 2013 T&C and yesterday noticed the AC stopped putting out cold air. As I looked around the car I noticed that there was coolant leaking from the rear passenger side.
not sure if this is a AC issue or a heater core issue.

Has anyone experienced something like this? I have read about the leaking coolant lines, but not about leaking coolant lines and AC not blowing cool air...or is this one in the same issue?

cant tell if its. Coolant line heater core or evaporator...any ideas?

no it doesn't seem to be wet at all.

when I looked under the van, I noticed that the drips were of a green colour. Thinking it was fluid from the heater core or the coolant line to the back heater core. I checked the rad fluid level and it was normal, but the fluid is red. So I was thinking the green fluid is the oil that us added to the ac system. Is that possible?

It is my understanding that the A/C system comes from the factory with fluorescent dye, which is green in color. So your leak is most likely the oil from the A/C.

how can I figure out if the leak is due to a faulty rear evaporator or a leak in a pipe itself?
