4 time tranny repair and not fixed

My daughter has a 2012 Town and Country that she had the transmission serviced on about 6 months ago. 6 weeks ago it went out. She was driving, stopped to get her son and when she went to leave, the RPM's raced up and it Jerked a little and then wouldn't move. She took it to a dealership, they rebuilt it and she had it back about a week and the same thing happened. She took it back in and went to pick it up, got 5 miles down the road and it did it again. Back to the shop again, picked it up drove it for a week again and it started whining very loudly and doing the same thing. Took it back to the dealership, they kept it for a week and drove it all over. She got it back today, drove it around and says that there is something still not right. She said it jumps when it shifts between higher gears. She tried using it as a manual and said it only shifts when it hits certain RPM's, then it will drop back down. Could it be electrical?, the module or sensor between the engine and transmission? We are at our wits end. HELP.

Hi kgates,
We regret to learn of these experiences your daughter has had. We understand the frustration of multiple dealer visits and apologize for any inconvenience. We recognize you are reaching out to other forum members for advice. However, if you do choose to revisit the dealer again, we would be more than happy to look into this further for you. Please feel free to send us a private message.

Update on 4 time tranny repair

MAKE IT FIVE AND ANOTHER REBUILD!!!!!!!!!!
My daughter took her van to another dealership to be worked on because it was still not right. Today, the other place she took it told her that there was a piece that comes in every rebuild kit that the original dealership never replaced in all of the 4 times they had it there. Since they didn't replace that part, it is not warrantied, so she has to pay again to have the transmission rebuilt and she has to have a torque converter put in as well because they never checked that either. First trip cost $3000.00 and this trip is costing another $3000.00 because of the incompetence of a certain dealership in Utah. Way to go guys
