4th Gen Voyager Engine swap
 

Hi All, we have a 2.4 voyager that we got with several problems, Here in south africa parts are scarce and what you can find is really expensive so I am considering doing an engine swap.
Are there any engines that would fit onto the 2.4l gearbox with minimal modifications that have been tried? or what have others done.
The v6 and even diesel motors are somewhat available, would it be recommended to rip out the 2.4 petrol motor and gearbox and replace with diesel or v6 from the same generation voyager?

I believe all of those are pretty straight swap..
What is broken of 2,4 ? i think it share lot of parts with 2,0 petrol (Dodge Neon, Chrysler Neon, Pt Cruiser 2,0 & 2,4 etc)

i would recommend 3.3 for you unless you cannot find parts for that 2,4 ..
