97 3.3L Grand Voyager SE, Rear Wiper and Intermitent LEDS Flash Simultaneously

On my Climate Control the Rear washer and Interemitent LEDS flash
simultaneously always, its so annoying seeing that they are always flashing, I have noticed that when Im driving at 55 miles or more the
Rear Washer and Intermitent LEDS stop flashing..

I do not know whats causing this, I need help:confused:

I found the fix;
Blower on high
Mode Position to Panel
Open all A/C outlets
Set temperature to cold
Depress Wash and Rear Wiper Button for 5 seconds until all LEDS light up.

Let it do its job Calibrating, then the only light will be Rear Wiper..
push it and exit the system passed the Test.

hi, the panel position is the one on the left, air flow out of the dashboard only, mine result of the diagnostic is just the ac and recirc buttons flashing which means it failed the cool down test, ie the evaporator failed to cool down by a certain number of degrees, one possible fix for this is to do a re-gas
