97 radio no wk, door locks dont wk when turned off
 

Hi folks,
I have an odd problem. The radio does not come on when you press pwr, yet it flashes just for a half second when you start the van. All fuses are fine, all new.
But the really odd thing is that the power door locks do not work with the van off. They dont work if you use the key remote and they dont work if you are in the van with it off pressing any of the lock buttons. This seems to have been a gradual thing cause sometimes the remote would work and sometimes it wouldnt, it wont even unlock the doors with the key electrically. Its all manual when the engine is not on.
ALL fuses that I can find under the hood and under the steering have been replaced. still dont work right.
Any ideas?

give me more details year van or better yet prvate message me and give me the last 8 of your vin and i can make sure i give u the right info

also just to add another item, the interior lights dont work with the engine off also. this 97 t/c has been good till this. I think that its a 232L 3.8 if that helps, i am not 100% but that is what i think it is. thanks folks.
