98-01 Voyager 3.3 Manual transmission conversion
Just wondered if its possible to either fit a 3.3 engine to a car with a manual gearbox, or to intall a manual gearbox on a 3.3 engined car?
If you can is it a straightforward job?

I don't think its possible.
As far as I know the 3.3 was never mated to a manual tranmission in any chrysler car. So a bell housing to fit a manual transmission does not exist, nor does a clutch assembly.
Anyway, why would you want to? Even If you could get a manual transmission from a 2.0/2.5 Diesel to fit, they are known to be troublesome and generally not great transmissions.
If you are trying to improve performance and economy, best to buy a post 2001 2.5 CRD diesel manual. That'll be quicker than the 3.3 and 50% more economical.
