99 Town & Country no start

I have a 1999 Town & Country Limited with a 3.8Land having a no start problem? We have spark and when turning over (cranking) the engine tries to start but is unsuccessful. We have replaced the ignition coil, ASD relay, ckp sensor, cmp sensor, and the PCM. We have found no faults/DTC'swith the scan tool. While testing we found that the ckp sensor hot wire has no power but, the cmp sensor does. Looking at the wiring diagram it shows that both the ckp and cmp sensors are ran off the same hot. We have tried to run a jumper for the hot on the ckp sensor for testing. When doing so the engine seems to almost start while cranking but still doesn't. We have had a couple of no communication errors when trying to use the scan tool. With having that we've tried looking at how to perform a test on the TCM and/or the PCM, is this possible? Does anybody have any ideas for us?

"We have spark" then no need looking at cam and crank then what does fuel pressure look like?

fuel pressure test was performed and resulted 47psi but, I typed an error it should have read no spark, we were only able to get spark when we used the jumper for the ckp sensor

RE: 99 Town & Country no start

The jumper was for the 8v power supply to the cmp and ckp sensors. The issue has now been resolved. The PCM had to be reprogrammed at the dealer to unlock the theft system. Thanks for your time.
