Could someone please help me wih the part number for an accessory relay for 2001 Grand Voyager 2.5 diesel

Part Number, is there any numbers on the Relay itself. Some relays tend to be same whatever the vehicle, as long as its got nothing else attached. Take it along to garage and I'm sure they'll have one. Or how about a breakers.
