Air Conditioning Stopped Working

My 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring makes a loud clicking noise under the passenger side dash board when the A/C starts up. This has been going on for a couple weeks but it would eventually stop and the A/C would work fine. At first putting the A/C in recirculation would prevent the noise from occurring, but now it makes the noise in all settings and speeds. It also does it occasionally when the car is shut down. The A/C would still blow cold air after the noise. I was gone for 2 weeks and didn't use the car. Now the A/C does not blow cold air at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
