ambiant air gauge

I purchased a 2006 town & country w/31000 miles on it. I do not seem to have an outside air temp readout - the sensor is behind the front bumper; the wires are there, but no readout on the gauge. I can step thru the readouts, and have one blank "page". Also no compass - I think those two are 'together'? am I looking in the wrong place or what? Thanks in advance.

Ambient air gauge solved!

Thanks to all who viewed my posting.....turns out that Chrysler follows a very basic rule:

You must be smarter than the car.

Turns out the the "step switch" on the far right is actually a ROCKER SWITCH, and by simply hitting the upper side of the button, it goes directly to the compass and temp.

DUH!

Yes, I have the orig owners manual, and I have spent considerable amount of time looking for the answer to the issue without success. This morning I even called a Chrysler Dealership and spoke with their service manager, and he could not answer my question....if it is in the manual, please share that page number......

I,too couldn't find an outside air temp or compass until I read your post. Thank you for your post. The wife swore she saw a temp when we first bought our 06 T&C. I said she was crazy! Now I have to apologize.
