Battery Draining Fast

Here is my problem...
In March, my security system just quit working. The blue light under the steering wheel stayed on all the time but the whole system was out. System repaired and running normally finally. By April, I started having trouble starting the van- it needed to be jumped more and more often. Brought a new battery and thought my troubles were over. Well it was in storage for a bit but now back out- have gone through two batteries in record time- one was 48 hours. Mechanic has checked everything the manual says to check. So basically the starter, alternator, ignition etc are all fine. Battery cables and terminals changed. I am out of ideas- please help!!!

U will need to hire a guy that has electrical experience to do a battery off draw test and find what circuit is staying on and fix it.

You have a parasitic drain as CT eluded to. If you're game here's how to troubleshoot it:

I was going to post however this thread has given me good direction, battery drains overnight, battery is good and alternator charges fine.

thanks
