Default Belt Keeps Comming Off

I have a 96 T&C with a 3.8, Here lately while driving if I hit or go through any water my belt comes off ? I called dealer and ask if there where any belt gaurds that I may be missing and was told no gaurd for any of the pulleys. But the do offer a new belt system to replace the o.e.m. with groved pulleys and a new double sided belt? I just figure out why belt all of the sudden keeps comming off? I replace belt with new o.e.m belt? Any and all help wecomed. Thanks
