blinkers reversing/ not working
 

hello i have 01 t&c limited and for the last couple of days the blinkers have not been working right ill signal right and the blinker on the dash shows left the and the front light signals left but the back still signals right like it should has any one encounterd this or have a soultion any help much apprciated
