Hi everyone! I am hoping to get help on my 2004 Town and Country today. It is very cold in Wisconsin and I'm not sure what is going on but I have my fan all the way up but it is barely working sometimes you will here the fan start going fast then it slows down.I thought it had something to do with the climate control but now I'm not sure if it is the fan itself or the resistor. Any help would be appreciated! Before I freeze LOL!

I have an 04 also WITH auto temp control and had similar troubles...How long have you had your van to know of it's normal operating characteristics. When in auto temp mode(it can be switched to manual control), and it's very cold out the fan will not work by design until it senses some warmth in the radiator system and then will set the interior fan to start running at a slow speed and then faster as the engine heats up. My problem was that the blower fan was binding up(going bad) and sometimes would not run at all and depending on how cold or warm outside temp was. All the rest of the heating system worked fine. I replaced the blower fan unit under the pass side dash and all has been fine since! I has a thread here from when I first joined here about it on this forum page. You can find it by looking up my profile page and in statistics section looking at threads started by me(I don't have many I've started)....Believe me I ran the full course of trying to figure out this concern, and is well posted in that thread! Good Luck!
