Blower motor resistor location 2002 T&C?

Hi!

Looking for the location and how to get at the blower motor resistor to replace it. Do I go in through the glove compartment, from the inside?

Thanks!

Great - easy enough. Although the part they sold me works, it's different than what I pulled. The one I pulled has four coils in a cage surrounding the resistor while the one I put in was simply a resistor with an almost ceramic flat green section.

We don't have auto-temp (I don't think). Maybe the old one was just used universally between auto and non-auto temp?

Thanks for your help!

the one U got is the new design u might haft to trim the little green nubs off a little inorder for it to fin it the slot.
But it is right. The auto temp would cost U like 100 bucks and have fins on it.
