bumper and headlight change

i have a uk spec grand voyager my headlights are dull and i need a new front bumper .. my question is what is needed to put a facelift front off a 2004+ model

01-07 should interchange directly . Why a new bumper? if its damaged, take the brackets and hardware from the donor vehicle as well.
