A/C Recirculation Issue

Hi,

I have a 2000 UK 3.3 Grand Voyager (GS Body - RHD) and I am seeking some advice on the Air Conditioning system.

I noticed recently (we are having an unusually hot spell here in the UK :))that when I press the recirculation button with the mode switch set to facial vents that both the familiar increase in fan speed and air boost through the front air outlet louvers are suddenly absent.

This appears to be quite recent and I am keen to identify the cause and rectify it!

The air conditioning appears to be working happily otherwise, the cabin cools down fairly quickly and all modes produce chilled air through the relevant outlets....all except the two oval louvers on the passenger panel.

Perhaps someone can confirm if this is a recirculation issue and were best to commence troubleshooting the issue.

Many thanks in advance...

Voyager Pilot.

....just wondering, are there any relays/fuses specific to the A/C recirculation function? ....or am I barking up the wrong tree altogether??

Sorry to pester with this one...hoping some A/C proficient forum members might point me in the right direction here...

Thanks Voyager Pilot
