Camshaft position sensor voltages

With KEY ON,not turning, getting 4.98 volts
With KEY STARTING, engine turning, 4.99-5 volts,NO LOW VOLTAGE.

measurements from gray/red wire to battery ground.
want to know if is that correct.......
