Im having issues with my 2001 chrysler voyager van 3.3l it's smoking underhood and in back of van white smoke and making rattling noise under hood. I thought maybe oil low but had an oil change and put antifreeze. But still smokes after car has been driven a while

Piston rings maybe?

From what you say, sounds expensive to me. Plus it's 13 years old, AND petrol. Could be time to think of a replacement?

Leedsman.

"in back of the van" meaning out the exhaust? White "smoke" can indicate a blown head gasket. Coolant leaks past the gasket and is burned in the cylinders. Have you noticed your engine coolant level decreasing? Continued driving will destroy the engine.

need some more information really. Can you see any obvious places that it is smoking from? Exhaust manifold, exhaust itself? Is it a chain or belt driven engine? engine temp rising whilst driving well over half way? mayonnaise like substance on the oil filler cap or oil in the coolant? are you definitely sure its white smoke?
