Default Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD Intercooler replacement

Hi Folks,
Having a bit of a mare with my 2006 Voyager.....had a leak from the transmission cooler lines which I have replaced, but clearly I disturbed the hose at the bottom of the turbo intercooler as it's now leaking. Getting to the jubilee clip is a nightmare so I may have to cut it off. So I reckon I'll have to replace the intercooler outlet hose, but the way it's leaking I suspect the plastic outlet from the intercooler itself is cracked - if so I'll have to replace the intercooler.
I can't see anything on the web about replacing the intercooler. Any tips/hints please? I am hoping I don't have to discharge the AC system as the AC condenser sits in front of the intercooler?
Thanks in anticipation!
Peter
