Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8CRD Limited

With 5 children my beloved Grand Voyager was a god send. However, it has been off the road for a couple of months and the garage in Edinburgh is struggling.
The engine had initially seized and a reconditioned engine was put in.
Chrysler have withdrawn from the UK so there are no dealer garages.
All seemed fine but it is now having issues and the garage would like to know;
ECU pin data and the correct spec for fuel system pressures when cranking the engine.
Is there somewhere that can carry out a test on the engine ECU?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know if they would be of use, but Jeep in Wallyford or Sighthill are still doing spares for Chryslers.

I would think that only replacing the engine and using all the old electrical items would make it sing again. But I take it something has been left on replacement engine.
