Has anyone experience with Starscan or the witech VCI pod?

I drive a 2008 Town & Country that was converted to the German standard (orange blinkers and the break lights in the same section with the regular light). After I had a microphone kit for Uconnect installed, the taillights went back to the American standard meaning when I step on the breaks the blinkers light up. I have heard that I can program the system and tell the lights what to do with that tool.

do u really want to spend $1800 or more for that tool just for that? plus U would need a log in from a Chrysler tech just to get into it.

 

I don't want to spend the money but I want the Chrysler dealership that installed the kit and caused the problem to solve it. And I'm afraid I need to tell them what to do, which is why I hope to get help here.
