Chrysler Town and country 2010 navigation

Hi,

recently i bought a town and country 2010, soon i discovered that the navigation maps are out-dated.
I live in Holland and i can't seem to find the correct navigation for my country.
Can some one please tell me where i can find the latest maps for the EU?
