Chrysler Voyager Stalling/Cutting out issue
I am having real issues with my Chrysler Voyager 2.5 TD 1999 cutting out. When im driving along at any sort of speed it seems, nearly always happens at 50-60, take my foot on the throttle or cancel cruise control, the coil light flashes on and the throttle no longer works, when the clutch is dropped loss of all power steering and eventually brakes, have to turn the engine off, leave it for 1-2 seconds then turn it back on. Getting worse and worse now
any sort of insight / solution is greatly appreciated Thanks for reading ! |

I had a similar issue with my 2001 T&C. Turned out to be main wiring block needed replacing. Pretty expensive to repair. Dealership wanted to replace it at $1400 for the part alone! I got it fixed for around $800. No problems since then. Good luck.

Hi luke
By the sounds of it it might well be a fueling issue. When was the fuel filter & Air filter last changed? |
@Had a complete servuce a few weeks ago, this has been happening for months :(

Hi again. I would have the garage check the injector pressure & fuel return. Does it rev cleanly from idle and under load? Is there any misfire ? Is the electrical connector on number one injector in good shape? Check for broken or damaged wire there.
