CLIMATE CONTROL
2002 Chrysler T&C 3 zone IR climate control. The blower motor is running at 80% constantly. When I attempt to shut blower off via the main climate control switch (ALL SYSTEMS) the BLOWER MOTOR jumps tp 100% and internAL AIR CIRCULATION. All functions other than fan speed are working. HELP...The noise is killing me.

Your problem is the blower motor relay, it is located behing the glove box and will cost around $60 at the dealer. I replaced mine about 4 months ago, go to the dealer and get one, make sure you get the correct one for the automatic climate control. Look through some of the help sections, there was a pic somewhere. I will look, if I fiind it I will attatch it.
