Default Code 1788 Mod 41

I have a 1998 Town & Country that was converted to a wheelchair accessible van (electric side entry ramp, etc. etc.). Recently I had trouble putting it in parking and took it to my neighborhood garage where they replaced the shifting cable; it works but still have some play on it.

Itook it to a car shop where they diagnosed via a computer "P1788 Mod 41". what does that mean?
