Cracked vacuum(?) line part number?

2005 Chrysler Town & Country, 3.8L

I've accidentally cracked this thin little line a couple times doing other work, because it's old and brittle, and have so far just patched it with slightly larger fuel line or whatever I had lying around. Does anybody have an idea of a part number or what to search for to get the whole replacement?

I can't seem to find anything and I just don't really trust that what I have will be leak free. Is it even a vacuum line? Fine if I have to get it from a dealership, I just can't seem to locate the part.

The part number listed on the parts sites is 4861458AB, it included the other associated hoses for the speed control, but it is no longer available.

It is a vacuum hose, and you should be able to find that type of hard hose in an auto parts store, they might sell it by the foot.

Thanks georgef, too bad the part is no longer available. The reason I didn't think I could just replace with some stock vacuum line is these end connectors, they look specific:

I guess I could get some assorted pack of universal connectors and see what fits?
