Dash Warning Light meaning????

Hi there everyone..

New to the forum - and Im just wondering if you can help me with a problem I have with my Voyager...

Basically it has deverloped a warning light on the dash -- it looks like 3 wiggly arrows pointing Upwards... :confused: I hope thats a good description...

Also there is a buzzing sound under the floor area...could be back of engine area Im not sure but its real low down...

I hope someone can help me.. THank You..

If it is three lines/arrows with a tire, it could by the esp button.

I just wonder if that would account for the noise I mentioned though....

the only thing i could think of 3 wiggly upwards arrows as being is heat
and is it more of a buzzing or a moaning sound?

LOL I bet you have a 2.8 CRD and it is a light to tell you the cabin heater is on and that is also the noise you are hearing. 15 minutes of engine running it should go off if you don't have the temp too high inside.

Out of curiosity, is there any reason why this heater runs for so long - would be nice to at least have it shut down when the engine is switched off (especially after a short run in winter) or at least be able to override it manually.

Hi
The heater should shut off it's only the fan that still runs. It is a burner after all so needs to cool down or you would get a fire.
