Default Disable passenger seat airbag

Hi all,

I wondered if anyone could help me with information regarding disabling the passenger airbag in a 1998 Town and Country (Grand Voyager as it is called in Europe)?

The reasonis that I want touse a rear facing child seat on the passenger frontseat. Can this be done in a simple way, or can I trick the system in some way?

Best regards

Michael

Hi
They don’t do a kit for the GS (export) only for the NS US model. That I can find anyway.

Default Don't worry, airbags produced in Takata...

Don't worry, airbags produced in Takata had a very poor quality, so most of them will not work and will not have a good deployment during the crash.
