Driver Side Power Door Lock Not Working

I have a 2010 T & C. Driver's side power door lock no longer work (to open or close). All other power features work fine. Passenger side power door lock works fine. Remote key features work fine.

Is this a programming thing that I (or the kids) accidentally did? Or it is just flat out broken? Advice please!
