Front blower motor inop

I have a 2002 T&C with ATC. Doesn't work on any speeds. I am out of ideas. Replaced the following: resistor, fan motor, and tried a different control unit. I have power at the relay and fuses and tried different relays as well. Is there a wiring diagram anywhere? Bad ground? Anybody have any ideas?

do u have power and ground at teh motor when its on the main connector?

Diagram? Send me a private message and include an email address.

Yes there is power.

Sent the diagram. If you have 12vdc power and a good ground at the blower motor connector that only leaves the motor as the culprit.

ok I have a diagram thanx to Raptor07. Heres what I have noticed. With the key on I have power to 2 wires going to the blower motor resistor and there is power going to both wires to the blower motor from the resistor. But if I disconnect the the blower from the resistor there is only power coming from one of the two points of contact. I have also bench tested the blower motor and it works.

Also I noticed I lose voltage as i increase the fan speed. Down to 2.7 v

ok dark blue wire has 12v when key on?
Dark blue let blue wire will have different voltage based off the speed of the know
And u have a good ground on the black and orange wire right?

rhino 11-24-2013 11:05 AM

ok I believe I have a good ground. Now there is 2 wires on the blower motor. Should there be power to both wires or is one the ground? I bench tested the motor and it didn't matter where I put the power or ground it still worked.

the resistor provides the power and the ground so if U have power on both side the resistor is not providing the ground. Where did u get the parts from new or used?
