fuse box terminal stud
 

I have a 1996 Town and Country with a 3.3L. Basically, I've run into some trouble replacing my positive battery cable. I've spliced it to the existing cable that connects to the starter just fine, but the part that's supposed to connect to the fuse box is driving me insane! I'm planning on just soldering the new cable onto the old wires that are still connected to the B+ terminal but am worried the connection won't be strong enough. Is there anyway to replace the terminal studs altogether? I tried pulling them out but there was too much resistance and I didn't want to damage anything. Let me know if you need more info or something. I'll be outside working on that damn car.
