Grand Voyager 2.5 td running badly and coused a lots of smoke.

Hello!
After I change the clutch on my Chrysler Grand Voyager 2,5 Td 1996 I had some problems:mad:. At first it wond't start at all and after I bring it to a diesel specialist he found out that the wire for the speedsensor was broken. But the engine didn't run as before. First of all when I start it come's out a lots of white smoke(and keep coming when I speed) and the engin is running badly like loss of power when I push all down the speedpedal, and cughing as weel, and running slowly when going up the hill even a smooth one.Than the engine runs a little better when he ritch the warm themperature(less coughing) but I doesn't engage the turbo at all.

Does anyone had this kind of problem that could give me a hint on what to check or replace to get this fix it?
To me it seems like an electrical problem, but I'm not quite sure where to start searching.
Thanks!:)

Turbo issues in my opinion ...

As a guy who already burned down a turbo on a Mercedes Transporter , white smoke is associated with turbo issues and you are risking to scare a lot of people when this it will happen :) .
If i was you i wouldnt touch it again and check a mechanic as you are risking the whole engine (pistons, camshafts, etc) ...
