When I read this I instantly thought of Lambda Sensor, must have been a past fault I was reading about with the result. Don't think it was a Chrysler though.

The consumption £ is killing me

It's to do with the Air Fuel mixture where your running rich and Lambda has picked it up as code P1130. I take it your Air filter is not clogged. Then there's the MAF sensor but your not having power loss issues.

No issues with power. The air filter was replaced 1 month a go

Poor Fuel Economy

Worth a look, coolant temp sensor? That would also affect the air/fuel mixture.
