Heater Blower

Hi guys. My heater is blowing constantly even if I turn the control down. If I knock the power off it makes a different sound but still blows. I think it mite be the resistor. Where is it in a UK GV TDI LTD.
Thanks
Bee

Automatic temp controls would mean a more expensive blower motor controller located in the same area.

thanks for the reply's guys. is the resistor behind the glove box on UK vans.:)

In my 2002 GV it is and UK vans would be the same I guess
You can squeeze the sides of the glove box a little together and get the box open wider so you can access the area behind the box.
When you look at the youtubes I posted you can see how the resistor looks like
replacing is removing 2 screws .. easy enough :)

Hi thanks for the info. I've just ordered the resistor of fleebay. the ones where £40 plus for a second hand one. So I entered the part number of the video and got a new one for £20:D
