Default Supply heater doesnt start

Hi, I have a CDR 2.5 2001 and the supply heater doesn't start.
I have checked the colding level and the fuse.

Any suggestions?

Make sure your fuel level is above 1/4 tank other then that need to see if you have a fault code.

Now I'm confused about the fuse. Anyone who knows exactly where the fuse is placed?I can't find any heater in the fuse-box.
