HELP! 1997 Voyager 2.5TD LE
 

The car works normally when engine is cold... after they reach the normal temperature i have a strange behaviour.
Sometimes when you release the accelerator the car blow out and on the console the injtion candle light blink.
If i press the clutch pedal, turn off the car and then power on...the car start normally and return to run...

I've check and clean all the injectors, i've clean the valves and i've change all the filters (from air to oil to diesel...)..

Please.. help me....
