HELP! Loud clicking noise when I start car, goes away shortly after

Howdy-
We have a 2002 Town and Country LX, and when it is started, there is a loud, fast paced clicking sound in the dash board. Seems to go away once the car has warmed up. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Thanks!

I don't think I have that, I'm assuming that is like a GPS, but perhaps I have no idea what I am talking about. Can someone expand on that please, or make some other suggestions? Thanks all!

Considered that about the ac stuff, but the fact that it only happens when cold makes me think that is false.

The oil level looks fine, but why would that be an issue like this?
