how do I change light buld...

hello guys,
How do I change the little light bulbs on AC/Heat controler?
you know what I'm talking about?
where have the radio, AC Heat, 4 CD changer, heat seat, wipes controler when you turn light on at night all that controler have lights, so the part where you chose air to foots, front, mix, windshield there its dark, no lights, so I need to change for good ones.
Heres my question, how can I take that front board out? so I can have access to the little lights bulbs!!!!
thanks pros

You pull the console trim off. The heater control unit will be attached to the console trim. There will be three wire harnesses that connect to the heater control unit. On the back of the control unit, there are 4 or 5 Torx screws. this will remove the back of the control unit along with the circuit board. The bulbs are screwed into the circuit board. I have a 2005 town and country and I cannot find the bulbs anywhere. Dealer doesn't have ant info on them. Please let me know where you found them.
