How much is it worth?

I'm looking at a voyager for spares or repairs (02 plate, duff engine) and was wondering what people thought I should be offering?

Interested as I could be doing with a couple of alloys and a side door for my own.

Just had a look on autotrader and the cheapest facelift models were a couple of 2001 2.4 petrol models for about £1400.

Cheapest diesel was a 2002 for £2300.

So with a knackered engine i'd probably only offer a few hundred for a petrol. More for the diesel.....say £500?

Its a bit hard to value a voyager non runner as dealer parts are so expensive. so alot of bits from breaking a voyager would be worth quite alot on e-bay. So my above offer prices may be a bit low.

Is it a petrol or diesel you're looking at?

It's a diesel, £500 was my thought but posted this as I felt it might be a bit cheeky.

Would probably go more, as theres bits I could be doing with now but alas they've never got back to me so far.

I think thats a fair offer considering what it would cost them to get it back on the road to sell at market value............Probably £1000 for a second hand engine then at least another £500 to pay someone to fit it.
