Interchangeable parts?

hello e erybody I have an 03 town and country lx that i need to fix/replace some interior parts.
had my dog I. The car and he went crazy chewed up the rear seatbelts and the dash padding near steering wheel I went to a u pull r parts yard and was only able to find one seatbelt. The person at the front desk told me look for 01-04 but only found 1 car in that year range and only 1 seat belt. They have plenty of 05-07 that looked just like my seat belt. My question is what years are compatible for third row seatbelts, dash domed, and headliner?

I know in the UK that parts are different between 01-04 and 05-07, the headliner for 100% is different due to the middle rail only being on the 05 onwards and not on the 01-04.

The seatbelts may change due to the introduction of stow and go, 05 was around the time it appeared in the UK, not sure if it's the same in the states, so I would imagine that there is a difference but probably only just on length.

No difference in dash padding in the UK from what I can see, (I have both versions and just had a quick look and they appear to be the same in the UK).

As an FYI, the headliners are a pain in the *** to remove and put back in, lots of trim needs removing and it's awkward around the boot motor arm. Take your time and make sure you have somebody helping you, if you have the DVD in the roof on your model, you may find the wires are glued onto the headliner as well as I discovered :(.

Any questions let me know.
