Interior Courtesy Light Replacement (Not Map Lights)

I have replaced the unreliable map light bulbs with COB Led panels and plan to do the same with the 4 interior lights, mounted adjacent to the second and third row of seats.
I've not been able to figure out how to remove the lenses to access the bulbs. I tried levering off the plastic with a small screwdriver but can't get the lenses off. I'm worried that I could break the plastic lens if I use too much force so I'm hoping that one of the forum experts can help. I done a forum search and a Google / YouTube search without success.

Long time ago Al, about 3 years ago changed my crappola festoons for LED's.Thy're still good. I had no probs and yes I too was worried about brittle plastic but they just popped off.

Thanks Q, I shall apply a bit more force and see what happens.

- the overall draw on the battery for the about 70W of old 'festoons' interior bulbs
- I changed all festoons including doors, boot lid and the two 'map lights for 10W equivalent SMD [not crap LED] CAN-BUS error free versions similar to these
- mine were cheepo but they've been in nearly three years with no problems
- carp yellow to bright whit
- 70+W to a total of 10W, that's a tenfold increase in brightness
- and a megga reduction on draw

The T10's were a pig I had to pull the holder to bits and re-solder wires direct to the T10's but they are certainly more than capable of reading by at night

Gently Bentley Al, it always comes down to luck with 10 year old dry plastic clips -best of luck my friend.
