Interior lights malfunctioning

I have a '03 T&C with interior light issues. The dome light does not work, although all other interior lights do. There is no voltage to the connection to the dome light so that rules out a bad bulb.
To top it all, I recently observed that my light dimmer control (left of the steering wheel) is also not working properly. I used to be able to roll the control to the second (highest position) and get all the interior lights to go on (front and trunk), but now that doesn't work either. All lights do go on when a door is opened, and the dimmer does work. I am out of ideas. Any thoughts where I should look?
Thanks

dome light and dimmer switch output is from the BCM.

Thank you for the input. Regarding the BCM (body control module?) I am not a mechanic, so am I to understand that you believe is a faulty BCM or that I should reset the BCM? or that I should start by checking it? Thanks in adavance CHRYSLER TECH and others.

Start with a reset. remove the neg bat cable for a minute or so.... or maybe IOD fuse. Not sure if IOD does BCM , PCM or both.

Thank you for the tips. I pulled the IOD fuse for +30sec to reset the BCM. The lights started working and the issue with the dimmer went away. I can't believe how easy that fix was. Will update if lights start acting up again.
Thanks again.

Bottom line with these cars.. if something electrical stops working, pull the power for a few seconds and see what you get. If the problem happens more regularly or the power reset no longer works, then it's module/software time.
