Intermittent "rattlebox" noise from passenger side at low speeds?

I've been having this strange low sort of random "rattlebox" noise that seems to come from the passenger side of my '05 T&C. I've got just over 100,000 miles on the vehicle. It strangely sounds like a valve lifter noise, but the oil is checked, changed, etc. The noise won't always happen, but if it does it happens when I'm just going slow around a parking lot. If I speed up it fades, and it's relatively low. If I have the radio on I can't hear it. Any idea what this could be? Thanks a bunch. I've been trying to track this down for the past 10,000 miles or so!

anyone have an idea on this? I still can't figure out where the noise is coming from. I don't think it is suspension since I had the front struts replaced not long ago for a different noise. This one seems to be a "running" type of noise coming from something in the engine bay.

Sounds like the AC compressor, located below the alterntor at front passenger side.
