Just purchased 2011 T&C...little warranty left...what should I check?
I just purchased a 2011 Town and Country minivan. There is about 34,500 miles and I would like to make sure I get anything covered under warranty that I can. Any advice on what I should check or have checked. I have heard a little about software updates, but haven't had any real issues other than a little chugging when going uphill slowly in reverse, a high pitched ringing sound that may be normal???, and an occational hard shift (but have also heard many have this as well?).
Thanks for any and all advice to a new Chrsyler owner! |
Good luck!
I had bought an 06' 3 years ago with 19,000 miles.......PROBLEM after PROBLEM...........should have bought a Toyota Sienna or a Honda....I loved chrysler up until this point. Will NEVER go back to a chrysler once I get rid of this one!

We also have an '11 T&C with a little more than 20K miles. Run a code reader on yours. At 19K miles we had codes P0198 and P0304. The local dealership had to replace one of the cylinder heads. Also, you may get a high-pitched wind moan from either side of the windshield. The fix (it took the dealer 4 tries) was to remove the windshield and have it resealed by a company from down-town.
