Lethargic 2001 2.5CRD SE

First time Voyager owner, just picked up a very tidy example and 2 weeks in, a few ****les have occurred, all in one week! Still not used to everything about the way it drives, but some things were obvious:

Yesterday I noticed the engine started to judder when I gently pressed or released the accelerator, and also slightly when driving quite slowly in a high gear - not the judder you get from being in the wrong gear obviously. Also, it just doesn't pull in 3rd & 4th gear like it was before. I'd say about a 20-30% lack of power, like the turbo is half asleep. Bad fuel? Water in it? Air in it? Any ideas?

It starts fine, idles fine and runs smoothly otherwise.
